Our Family

We both come from families with strong bonds. We’re a mixed race and we're proud of our diversity. We love celebrating our culture and heritage. We look forward to sharing this excitement with our child and encourage them to explore their culture and heritage.

Family is very important to us. We stay connected to our family who live near and far. We have family who live nearby and who also live throughout the country and world. We look forward to spending lots of time visiting them with our child.

We truly are blessed to have amazing family and friends, both in New York City and across the country/world. Our friends and family come from all races, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. They’re loving, accepting, honest and generous. Our sibilings and cousins have kids who are excited for an additional playmate. They're excited to be fun aunts, uncles and cousins who share in fun adventures with our child. We can't forget about the grandparents who are also looking forward to fun times and going on adventures with their newest grandchild.

Our friends and family are open and fun people, and we love that about them. Get togethers include hanging out at our homes, going on picnics in the beautiful parks, experiencing seasonal festivals and events, taking road trips and meeting up at our favorite restaurants. There's lots of food, fun and laughter, and we can't wait for our child to share in the experience.
